Our refund amount depends on the category of service booked and how far in advance you notify us:

2. Airport Transfer & Flight Delay Guarantee
We know flights can be delayed or rescheduled. We offer the following guarantees for all airport pickups:
- Live Radar Flight Tracking: Your assigned driver monitors your flight status in real time using the flight number provided during checkout.
- Free 90-Minute Wait Time: After your plane touches down at Marrakech Menara (RAK) or Casablanca (CMN), your driver waits at no extra charge to allow time for passport control and baggage claim.
- Airline Cancellations: If your airline cancels your flight or changes your arrival to a different day, notify us as soon as possible and you may reschedule for free or receive a 100% refund.
3. Cancellations Initiated by the Agency / Weather
Passenger safety is our highest priority. In the rare event that Atlas Lux Travel must cancel a service due to extreme weather (e.g. heavy snow closing High Atlas mountain passes, severe flash flooding, or desert sandstorms), you will be offered:

Immediate repayment without any processing fee deductions.
Free Reschedule
Switch your departure to the next available safe travel day.
Alternative Tour
Rebook any alternative excursion of equivalent value.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel a booking, please contact us with your Booking Reference Number via one of the following methods:
*Approved refunds are automatically credited to the original credit card, PayPal, or Moroccan bank card account used during booking within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing cycle.
